Site-specific safety plan
One original plan for one project, from your scope, address, tasks, and equipment. Not your company manual with a new cover.
JSAs / JHAs / AHAs
One original task sheet per job you list. If you cannot name the tasks, we do not quote a set.
How it works
- You fill out the intake and attach the GC or owner checklist.
- We write from what you sent. Blank fields stay blank. We do not guess.
- You get Word and PDF by email. One revision against the reviewer’s comment letter is included.
- You train the crew and update the files if the work changes.
What we don’t do
- No site visits, inspections, or stand-down coverage.
- No competent-person or safety-director role.
- No “OSHA-approved,” “OSHA-certified,” or guaranteed pass.
- No copy of another company’s program.
This is a draft for your file and your reviewer’s file. Buying it does not make you compliant. OSHA and KY OSH duties stay with the employer.
Price and pay
Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) after we see your intake. There is no menu price. A job can be one JSA or a project packet (a site-specific plan plus the JSAs you list).
You pay after you accept the quote, before we send the files, by card or ACH bank debit through Stripe. The charge on your card statement says OFFSITE SAFETY. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on this site.
Delivery, cancel, and refund
- Delivery. Finished files are emailed as Word and PDF. There is no physical shipping.
- Cancel before we start. If you cancel after you pay and before we start writing, we refund the full amount to the same card or bank account.
- After the first draft. These are custom documents. Once we email the first draft, the fee is not refundable. The included revision still applies.
- How to ask. Email intake@offsitesafety.com. Refunds that are due go back the same way you paid.
Privacy
We use the intake you send (scope, site, tasks, equipment, and any checklist) only to write your documents and to bill the job. We do not sell that information. Payments are processed by Stripe. For questions, email intake@offsitesafety.com.
